Investor Relations
Disciplined growth across the Americas.
Alpha Protocol is privately held and accepts inquiries from institutional investors, family offices, and strategic capital partners with experience in distribution, supply chain, or cross-border commerce.
Thesis
Latin America's electronics demand is structurally underserved by global brands. Alpha Protocol closes that gap with a U.S.-anchored distribution platform optimized for FX, financing, and logistics complexity. Group revenue has compounded at more than 60 percent year over year since the U.S. holding formed in 2019.
Reporting
Quarterly financial package, including consolidated and by-country P&L, balance sheet, and working-capital metrics. Annual audited statements at the U.S. holding level.
Capital structure
U.S. holding company (formed 2019) consolidating wholly-owned operating subsidiaries in Argentina, the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil — built on a decade of operating history. Senior secured credit facilities in each market. Equity held by founder and a small group of long-term investors.
Why now
A large, growing market — served mostly through indirect channels.
Latin America's four largest economies form one of the world's largest under-served electronics markets. Global brands sell into the region almost exclusively through master distributors, channel partners, and licensed importers. Alpha Protocol operates inside that gap.

Investor FAQ
Common questions, answered directly.
What's Alpha Protocol's edge?
Operating leverage across four countries. A typical Latin American distributor is single-country; the brand-side counterparty has to negotiate, integrate, and finance separately in each market. We offer a single regional relationship, with country-level execution depth and a unified technology stack underneath. That's what brand owners are willing to pay for.
How do you make money?
Distribution margins on imported product, augmented by scale economies on sourcing (volume discounts negotiated at the U.S. holding) and by working-capital optimization (inventory turns improving as we deepen brand relationships). Margin discipline by SKU family and brand is reported in the quarterly package to investors and lenders.
How do you manage FX risk?
Country-level P&L ownership keeps FX exposure transparent. Each operating subsidiary manages its local currency book within hedging policies set at the holding. Group treasury, denominated in USD at the U.S. parent, hedges select positions at the consolidated level. We do not run an unhedged FX book.
What's the capital structure?
U.S. holding company (Delaware-aligned governance) consolidating wholly-owned operating subsidiaries in Argentina (founding, 2014), the United States (2019), Mexico (2021), and Brazil (2024). Senior secured credit facilities are held locally in each market against in-country inventory and receivables. Equity is held by the founder and a small group of long-term investors.
How do you compete if a brand decides to operate direct?
We don't compete with our partners' direct operations — we complement them. Most brands consciously avoid building four-country direct distribution in Latin America because the operational complexity isn't justified by their regional sales mix. When a brand does choose to operate direct in one market, we typically retain authorized-reseller status and continue serving the other three.
What is the conversation typically about with investors?
Two themes: (1) financing the working-capital expansion that comes with continued top-line growth, and (2) selective acquisitions of country-level distributors that already have channel relationships we'd otherwise take years to build. We don't solicit broad capital raises; conversations begin with a specific use case and counterparty fit.
